Long Walk Live

Long Walk Live is Windsor’s very own Festival of Music, created by the community, for the community. Set against the iconic backdrop of Windsor Castle, this two-night celebration — Friday 26 and Saturday 27 June 2025 — will bring together musical artists, homegrown talent, and thousands of music lovers for a summer experience to remember.

Our Story

We’re proud to be the same team that brought Windsor together for Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee and His Majesty The King’s Coronation local celebrations on the Long Walk — moments that united our town and showcased Windsor’s unique spirit.

With Long Walk Live, we’re continuing that journey: creating an event that celebrates not only music, but also the community that makes Windsor so special.

Long Walk Live is an event that is produced by the Windsor Festival and supported by The Prince Philip Trust Fund.   It is a ticketed event for Summer 2026 and all proceeds will go back to supporting both of these local charities, which in turn, support local residents and help provide a vibrant, community-centred arts scene.

The historic Long Walk is more than just a landmark — it’s part of our shared identity. Hosting this musical event here gives us a wonderful opportunity to come together as a community in a unique and special location.  We are incredibly grateful to His Majesty The King for giving his kind permission to host this event, and to The Crown Estate for helping to make it a reality.
