Terms and Conditions

Promoter
The promoter of the Long Walk Live Easter Treasure Trail (“the Promotion”) is Long Walk Live, operated by Windsor Festival Ltd (the “Promoter”).

Eligibility

• The Promotion is open to UK residents only.
• Participants must be aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
• Employees of the Promoter and anyone professionally connected with the Promotion are excluded from entry.

How to Enter

• Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
• Entries will only be accepted via the official online entry form.
• Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.

Correct Entries

• Only entrants who submit the correct answer to the Easter Treasure Trail question will qualify to receive a discount code.
• The Promoter’s decision as to whether an answer is correct is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Discount Code

• Eligible entrants will receive a unique discount code via the email address submitted on the entry form.
• The discount code:
  • Is unique to the entrant and linked to their email address.
  • Must only be used by the person who submitted the Treasure Trail entry.
  • Must not be shared, transferred, sold, or published.
  • Is valid for the purchase of a maximum of four (4) tickets in a single transaction.
• Any attempt to use a discount code by someone other than the original entrant may result in the code being cancelled without notice.

Validity Period

• The discount code is valid from 00:01 on 28 March to 23:59 on 12 April inclusive.
• Discount codes cannot be used outside this period and no extensions will be offered.

Ticket Conditions

• Discounted tickets are subject to availability.
• Once tickets are purchased, standard Long Walk Live ticket terms and conditions apply.
• Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash and have no monetary value.

Limitation of Liability

• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, or cannot be submitted due to technical issues, including but not limited to system failures or internet connectivity problems.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Promotion or use of the discount code, except where liability cannot be excluded under UK law.

Data Protection

• Personal data supplied during entry will be processed in accordance with UK data protection legislation and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
• Data will be used solely for the administration of the Promotion and for issuing the discount code, unless the entrant has opted in to receive further communications.

General

• The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Promotion at any time where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• The Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the Promotion is final.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
